Our land appraisals have included assignments as minor as the valuation of a vacant building lot to assignments dealing with hundreds of acres. We have prepared vacant land appraisals for, and are approved appraisers for, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection-Green Acres Program (Green Acres), the New Jersey State Agricultural Development Committee (SADC), and the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

We have prepared appraisals of vacant investment properties, farms, equestrian facilities, estate home sites, residential and commercial subdivisions, as well as all forms of commercial sites. We have prepared appraisal reports for condemning authorities, and we have also represented numerous condemnees. We utilize the most sophisticated GIS data available to identify the most important physical aspects of the properties we appraise, as well as of the comparable sales we use.

The majority of these reports are prepared on a narrative basis and due to the varied scope these assignments may take all fees are quoted on an as requested basis.
